For the past five years, one of my goals has been to learn how to run! This year I’ve actually begun learning how to run. I got my Nordic track I began taking running classes on it specifically the Run Your First 5K Series. The series consists of 12 workouts in which you run through multiple different locations in hope of being capable of running a 5k at the end of these sections. According to the workouts you are meant to do each workout twice before moving on to the next. So this whole series should take me a total of 24 days! So I’m starting today so I should be finished by June 4th. So for the next 24 days, I will be updating you all on my progress and we will see if I am able to run a 5k by June 4th.
May 11th: Today I started my running journey! It was fairly easy I got through it, and I can't wait for tomorrow.
May 13th: Yesterday I spent the whole day running around getting ready for something exciting! So today was my day 2 today running was a bit harder. I think my brain was focused on making sure my form was correct and making sure my athletic leggings weren't falling down. I really don't know what size I am in athletic leggings.
